User [PLM] licenses will always be prioritized for employees over interns; HR controls the budget for interns which does not extend to software/ system licenses. We are happy to accommodate & allocate PLM licenses to interns when available but if those system licenses are needed, they will be reallocated to employees.

Re. Sharing System Logins:
Sharing system logins across multiple users, including interns, is against our best practice and not advisable from a security and change log perspective.

If an error occurs, the responsibility (from a change log perspective) falls on the user to whom the account is assigned.
